The Letter Nest's Founder, Sally King McBride, paints each letter of every themed Alphabet in watercolor, then scans and digitizes this artwork. Each product is then produced-to-order by our wonderful, U.S.-based fulfillment partners, which vary by product.

The Letter Nest works closely with a dedicated U.S.-based framing partner, who uses 100% wood framed, and Moab Lasel Photo Matte paper. Frames are faced with a UV-filtering acrylic that is light-, scratch-, and shatter-resistant. Artwork arrives ready to hang, and each package includes two sets of hooks and nails that will support 35 pounds.

Our Alphabet Prints are standardized fine art prints, featuring letters A to Z, in the theme of your choice—from Animals to Flowers to Woodland.

Our Custom Name Prints are personalized in the name and letter theme of your choice, both in a first-name only option, as well as a Full Name Print option. Once ordered, you're able to review a proof of the artwork before it goes to print.

If you're ordering a name between 3-12 letters, order from the Name Prints collection. For longer (and full) names, order from the Full Name Print product page.

Absolutely! We love collaborating with our clients (and their designers!), and can accommodate anything from color-swapping to adding illustrated accents to match your favorite fabric or wallpaper. Email studio@theletternest.com for a quote for additional customizations.

One of our top priorities is to make sure that your artwork reaches your home in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of our artwork, we do not offer expedited shipping.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

If your order included more than one product type, it may ship in separate packages, and that's completely intentional. We work with a select group of specialized U.S. suppliers to ensure each product meets our quality standards, which means a Placemat and a Name Print, for example, may travel to you from different locations.

Framed Prints will always ship separately, regardless of what else is in your order, to ensure maximum protection for individual frames.

If you're ever unsure whether your order is complete, you can check your shipping confirmation email for individual tracking numbers, or drop a message in the online chat, and we'll be happy to sort it out for you.

We offer a 10% discount to new subscribers to our email list community; we offer an ongoing 15% discount to Teachers and Students with verification through SheerID. We are developing a Trade Program discount in 2026.

We run sales very infrequently—once a year for Small Business Saturday, and occasionally in early autumn.

Our products arrive in branded, secure, and presentable packaging, but we do not offer gift wrapping.
