How long until my order ships? 

Framed alphabets: 10-12 business days

Unframed alphabets: 2-3 business days

Framed Name Prints: 10-12 business days

Unframed Name Prints: 2-3 business days

Stationery & Placemats: 3-5 business days

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

Our top priority is to make sure that your artwork reaches your home in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of our work, we do not offer expedited shipping.

How about international shipping? 

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.A. 

Do you offer discounts?

The Letter Nest runs 1-2 sales per year, and offers a permanent 15% discount to Teachers and Students.

Do you sell e-Gift Cards?

Yes! Please refer to our Gift Card product listing to personalize and schedule-send your e-Gift Card.

Return Policy

Because every artwork is made-to-order, refunds and/or exchanges are not permitted. If a work arrives damaged, please contact studio@theletternest.com and every effort will be made to correct the situation.
